Yes, been out walking with the dog again, and I came across this tunnel! It got me thinking about the dark times we may experience in our lives, particularly when we become bereaved!
Do you ever feel that you are walking through a dark tunnel? That could be depression after experiencing the loss of a loved one. Or simply that life has become so unbearable that it is all too much to bear.
It may seem that you are walking alone and lacking any support… well there is hope and a light at the end of the tunnel. Taking steps into therapy can be the hardest part of recovery, however, recovery does come by facing your situation head on and unpacking the feelings and emotions that come with grief and depression.
Having a listening ear and someone who can empathise with you as you face your demons will start you on that road to recovery.
